For a People's January 6th - This article explains the importance of the emerging "left" movement that is sweeping the US, a "people's January 6th" is just another name for revolution essentially, but I like how it frames it for the average liberal mind.

^ I know I posted a lot of videos from KORI HINTON, but he's damn near a historian of a lot of what music shaped my upbringing, and I think is important background research to understand the music we hear today and on a greater scale, the world. You might be under the impression I put them in as almost a joke because of the "quality" of the content, but I am dead serious. He deserves more attention and if you really pay attention and keep classist thoughts out of your mind, this information is truly invaluable. DocumentCloud - An all-in-one platform used by newsrooms to manage primary source documents. You can use the platform to organize, analyze, annotate, search and embed these resources as needed. This is actually owned by MuckRock.
CourtListener - A free legal research website containing legal decisions by case name, topic, or citation and just raw legal data.
PluralPolicy - Search for your representatives & look up legislation across the United States.
ProPublica Data Store Archive - Is no longer updated. The Data Store was a project to give readers access to the data behind their reporting for the publication.
IRE - This is paid tho. It is a paid membership to independent journalists' archives, data, and forums for research.
Stanford Open Policing Project - Project dedicated gathering, analyzing, and releasing records from traffic stops by law enforcement agencies across the country. Their goal is to help researchers, journalists, and policymakers investigate and improve interactions between police and the public ; my goal is this being data to prove all previous law enforcement theories are terrible.
The Markup - Open research and journalism project, publish their own datasets, sources, etc.
HathITrust - Digital library of digitized books and publications.
